Sales Associate Needed

Job Description

High foot traffic, fast paced, energetic environment working with customers both in person at our Retail Store and by phone with our nationwide customer base selling Home and Mobile Electronics.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who would like to grow with our team and offer nothing but the best customer service experience every time. Prior industry experience is a plus but not a must- we will train the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Understanding of basic sales etiquette and customer service.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently while also being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Above average organizational, follow up and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and able to take initiative absent of direct supervision.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Schedule customer appointments.
  • Flexible to work overtime if the need arises.
  • Assist with stocking, merchandising and quality control.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to retain product knowledge.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to industry changes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
